Payment and Pricing

We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the site to our users. However, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website.
 
As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is misprinted, we may at our own discretion either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. 

Refund & Exchange Policy

In the event that we are unable to provide the services, we will inform you as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products.
 
We also offer refund/exchanges where a wrong, or damaged/defective item is sent to you.
 

Damaged/Defective Item: If you think your item is damaged/defective, we would require proof. After confirmation, we will require you to send your hair back to us within 7 days, as long as you:

  • did not open the hair, 
  • cut the ties/lace,
  • finger the hair, or
  • manipulate the hair in any way. 

Email us immediately at helpline@hermanebynectar.com to process a refund. Please note you have 7 days to send the hair back to us, as we will need to receive your hair and examine it before your request for a refund is approved. We reserve the right to decide whether the product is eligible for refund.

If your request for a refund is approved, a full refund will be given where you have already paid for the products. Please bear in mind that the time to approve an exchange can take as long as 20 days after you ship your hair back to us.
 
Wrong Item: If you think the wrong item is sent to you, you can request for an exchange to be done (same process for an exchange applies as stated above).
 
However, if it happens due to the wrong input at your end, you would bear the exchange cost – if accepted, you can exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
 
Refunds are only in dire circumstances, coming from our end.

Shipping Policy

HerMane by Nectar delivers orders using local logistics company across states in Switzerland, and ships orders using DHL for international orders respectively. 
 
Processing and delivery timeline varies depending on the requested product and shipping option selected. 
 
Shipping confirmation and tracking information is made available as soon as your order ships. 
 
Please note that HerMane by Nectar is not responsible for any fees associated with your shipping.

Terms of Exchange & Refund

  1. If you got the wrong or damaged/defective item, we will exchange or issue a full refund upon confirmation.

  2. Items bought on sale or in situations where a discount was applied cannot be exchanged unless the full price is paid.

  3. We do not provide exchanges/refunds on hair that has been worn, colored, washed, or manipulated in any way.

  4. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, the products purchased must be in the original condition that they were delivered to you. Products that have been tampered with are not eligible for exchange/refunds.

  5. You will cover the cost of shipping your item back to us and the cost of shipping your order from our warehouse to you.

  6. If an item purchased became defective after use, we cannot provide an exchange/refund.

  7. To be eligible for an exchange/refund, you have to make a complaint to helpline@hermanebynectar.com within 7 days of the delivery window. You also need to ship the item within 7 days of a return address being provided to you.

  8. If your hair is customized, we cannot provide an exchange or refund as the hair was customized for your own specific needs. 

  9. Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Only the cost of the item can be refunded. And we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

  10. You cannot request for more than 1 exchange/refund per order. Every subsequent exchange after the first exchange on the same order is denied.

  11. Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery or if we were not alerted of a need to exchange or refund the item within 7 days of delivery will not be applicable for exchange/refund.
  12. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request

Terms of Service

This site is for delivery of products to esteemed customers within and out of Switzerland. 
 
We make effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescale set out on our site; however, delay are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. 
 
We shall be under no liability for any delay of delivery within the estimated timescale where they did not occur due to failure or negligence on our part 

Terms and Conditions

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you do not hold us liable for any delay or failure to deliver products or perform any obligation on these terms and conditions of sale if it is caused directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. 
 
You confirm that you are above consent age or accessing this site under supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree that if you are unassertive of any part of the T&C of sale, you will not hesitate to contact us for clarification prior to making a purchase.
